Hey all,

As you all know, I work for Sewell in Plano, TX. I'm about to take a bigger role in dressing up our Hummers.

What would you think of doing a Black Ops package? It'd be a Black Lux, Ebony Leather, Black powder-coated wheels, black grille, black brush guard, black tube steps, black chroming the H3 logos on the outside, and figuring a way to black out the Nissha metal finish on the center console.

Let me know if you have any other ideas as well. They're telling me to get creative, so nothing is too out there.

That's the thing that stinks, I can't do wheels, tires, or lifts. Liability issues.

Sounds like an awsome build. Include a winch bumper and you've got a winner.

Yes... I know that nobody produces a winch bumper yet, but I'm going to stay on it until someone builds one just to shut me up.

You know the tie down hooks in the rear - I am taking them out and (trying) to make a gun rack to mount there.

I think it would be a cool theme.

Gobi Stealth Rack w/ ladder
Black Helo Maxx 20" Wheels
33x12.5 or 35x12.5 Nitto or Toyo Mudders
Road Armor bumper (black) with winch (when avail)
Just a few cranks on the front torshion bars to level the truck or almost

Anything else than this would be excess....

If you are going to use black chrome on the logos, I would really go with black chrome on the wheels and on the center console. It might "tie in" better

Black chrome on the wheels doesn't work extremely well from our experience (maybe we need to use a different chromer).

I'll keep y'all posted. I think we're going to do a White Diamond H3 as well.

We can doe wheels, but no lifts/exhaust because of liability. We have been doing two tone interiors rims, chrome tail lmaps, navigation systems etc... and they have been selling quickly....

Try some one-off paint jobs in non-factory colours. DVD systems with screens in the headrests. Exhaust systems with K&N filters etc. body colour emblems, stuff like that....

Personally I like when the trim is done in the body color.
