Have you looked at what the 6 liter truck heads are capable of?? There is a reason alot of people are buying those...

You are going to need a custom tune on your ecm. check out performancetrucks.net You should easily find a matched component setup for what your trying to do.

I'd budget in your build a new tranny...they dont last long adding additional power to them. You will squeak a little more life out of it if you upgrade the servos- You dont need to pull the tranny to do this.

I've already installed the servos and have a bigger pan and rad for tranny plus I have a shift kit sitting in my shop waiting to go in. So tranny should hold for a bit

Call FAST and tell them your setup. They will recommend the proper injectors. Just had to change the connectors on mine to make them work.

I've read good things about Mad Dog Transmissions. Anyone used them or know anything about them for tranny upgrades? www.maddogtransmissions.com

FAST sells the connector ends you need.

I am running an SA Gear double roller set, not a gear drive.

Running gears is really going to be noisy, but then again that might not be a bad thing

go to ls1tech.net or a sister site performancetrucks.net There are a number of mail order tuners between the two sites. They have done so many at this point, you tell them your mods and they get it pretty dead on.
