25,000 miles and my first message other than the TPM which I solved by running my AT/S tires up to 35 psi. I was fishing this week in northern Missouri and blasted through a creek that was a little deeper than I thought - by the way thanks Fstop for your input, because now I have all my vent tubes extended using rubber fuel hosing and marine clamps, so I'm good for about 28 inches of water now. Got the TRAC OFF message, and then I turned off the engine, let things dry for 5 minutes and voila, no message. The same thing happened when the H3 was brand new and I was using a pressure washer to clean off mud around the transfer case. After the travels we've taken and the off road pounding the H3 is still rattle free and runs like the day I bought it. Got the front tires aligned last week and there is no more pulling to the right. I think that was a result of one of my Dukes of Hazard Jumps in the Ozarks.

be careful jim, just raising the level of the vent tube might not be enough to increase the water travel level. even though gm uses waterproof connectors outside the passenger compartment, they are designed for water splashing and not necessarily for submersion.

but glad to hear everything is ok with the system after drying out.
