I think it should be every 5000 miles but I could be wrong. I have 12K on mine, I think its about time for me too! BIG-C

According to the H2 Owners Manual the tires should be rotated every 7500 miles. I personally like to rotate the tires every 5000, and usually at 3000 for the first rotation.
Crash, as a Certified H2 tech are you saying that the official line is every 6000?

not rotating tires with an aggressive tread about every 5000 miles can cause excessive tire roar and tire damage. happened to a jeep sarhara that i used to have. had to buy all new tires... ther were ruined with only like 15000 miles on them. una

I simply choose to have the tires rotated every time I get the oil changed. It just easier for me to keep up with it and I change the oil every 5-7K miles.
I have rotated the spare in the past but haven't on the H2. The logic in the past was that I was going to go with a different tire than I had so just rotating the spare in made sense. If you have the spare tire carrier, a worn tire just doesn't look as good though.

i rotate with oil changes.... it cost 5 extra bucks... I do not rotate the spare into the mix. reason being, is that when it is time to purchase new tires... I only buy three, put the spare on and take the best other one and use that as the spare...why not...it's a spare... did you ever try to lift those tires... those guys who do it for 5 bucks earn every penny. una
