Default add on lockers

I have a base and was thinking of options on elect. or aftermarket air lockers. Anyone know what I would be in for or where to look?

Look at the Adventure Package!

I don't know of any after market suppliers yet. I think the H3 uses an Eaton electric locker in the rear.

You would probably want to change your ring and pinons to 4:56:1 in boths diffs if you are adding a locker to the rear. you would also need all the wiring and switches etc.

Possibly you could find a rear axle out of a wrecked H3 with the Adventure Package. Maybe you could get the T-case too?

If you plan on doing lots of 4x4 ing you might be better getting an H3 with Adventure Package You get the locker plus the low T-case

When I put ARB in a Jeep I figured about $1000 per axle with ARB lockers ring gears and labor.

JEEP stands for....

Just
Empty
Each
Pocket

Same for all 4x4's though

If I could get a locker for $1000 I would do it.... I even sent a email to Eaton about installing a locker and if they could recommend someone. Never heard back from them... At the dealer the Service guy just looked at me funny... But I could see the dollars signs running through his head... Shoot, they wanted to charge me $250 just to put on the mud flaps... What a joke....

Be patient the after market for H3 stuff is still growing

I looked at ARB's web site and they don't list an air Locker for the H3's of Colorado yet?

They do have them for a GM 10 bolt axle, GM and Chevy Trucks and H1 and H2

I just wish the after market would hurry up... The Toyota FJ seems to have all kind of aftermarket stuff that you can buy... Especially since it's only be out a short while... I just hate paying the dealer high costs on items that should cost half the price... Then when they through in some outrageous price to install what you paid way to much for... Just gets me mad...
