well i have a 2001 trans am ws6 and im thinking about trading it in for an h3. Im not sure yet, because im used to having alot of power and im not sure a 5 cylinder is what im looking for niether is an h2. will they produce another motor for newer models? I dont see why they didn't just put the evo v6 motor in these htings. So, do they have power..i dont want to be completely bored driving this (street). I also want to put 20s or 22s on it, wil this really make it a dog driving? Thanks for the help guys

Sorry, its a truck not a Trans Am. For a truck it has plenty of go, but you wont be beating any Mustangs in the 1/4 mile, unless its up a mountain side .

I have 20' rims on mine and didn't lose any power at all, as I kept my overall size to 33".

Get the truck.

I have to agree with Webb70, it is a truck not a sports car. I traded in a 2003 vette for the Hummer, and I'm satisfied.
(Then again, if I ever get my 99 back together, I will have about 750 hp to drive around when I feel a need for speed. )

I'm in agreement with the others. If speed is your thing, the H3 will disappoint or frustrate you. Its just not that kind of vehicle. The H3 shines off road. In town, its a comfortable truck with great looks but a small engine. Its power is, um, adequate.

HiHummer....you are so dirty-minded. Always going with the sexual reference. How about this one.

"You want something?"
"I'll take some hush-puppies daddy."
"We ain't got time for that crap!......dumb sumbitch."

A very cute elephant by the way. Speaking of elephants...I was at the zoo with my kids and one of the elephants took a massive grumpy and also urinated. It was very odd. My kids doubled over in laughter.

I agree cute and yes, you understood the reference. Had to go back and look at it and I can see the elephant look but I do know for a fact that the costume is a goat. Either way, very cute

I bet that was the funniest thing to them. Kids sure love that type of thing. I think I remember going to that zoo when I was a kid
