Default Bi xenon HID not working

So I installed some bi xenon today which I bought off ebay however the hi and low beam functionality doesn't work. Everythng is hooked up right and they light up when they should. Just the bulbs don't move when I flip hi and low beams. Any suggestions?

Did you use the optional "plug n play" relay harness ? If so then check the high beam wires to see if you are getting voltage when the high beams are switched on. If you are not getting voltage when high beams are switched on then your relay harness is bad. If you are getting voltage then your bulbs are defective. The bi-xenon bulbs have tiny servo motors that move the bulb in and out. If your kit is defective call Todd at Retro Solutions and he will sell you a top quality kit with a lifetime warranty. He also offers unvelievable customer servive and trouble shooting.

Got it working. Turns out to be cheap connections. If I wiggle the connections it works. I ended up removing the connectors and connecting the wires directly.

I like them. Although, I kinda wish I went 55W instead of the 35W. Everything is working now. Hi/Low beams and DRL. Overall, great $80 spent
