It will fit an '06. After the 2005 upgrade, there wasn't another change until 2008.

I would throw it on ebay man.. I just sold my 05 stock navi headunit only and it went for 400$
Took a big chunk out of the new navi i bought 
I had the dvd with mine but they are easy to replace.
