Westin Bull Bar & Driving Lights

Would appreciate comments on the products referenced in the image and URL below; the Bull Bar and Driving Lights made by Westin, especially comments from Neo and those who are serious about Rubicon & Fordyce-type trails (California reference). Can this setup take that kind of abuse in the front end? I'm not worried about the lights, but the way the bar is mounted underneath in the front is suspect.
