That also entails removing your door panels (which I have yet to figure out how) to get to the mirror bolts.
This link should still work and it is a good write up on the H2 mirror by Easy Ed. Side mirrors do not have a fuse. Some success by just cleaning the circuit board and motor/gear assembly after gaining access to the mirror.

I've taken mine off a couple of times. It easier when you use a special pulling tool that can get right behind the clips and then you can just "pop" them off a lot easier. Let me know if you need more help with this.....I also have the OEM service manual too.
