Default Factory? Subwoofer info

Ok, so I might be losing my mind here. But I remember seeing a subwoofer picture installed inside the left rearmost panel in the back. It was only a 10" but it was hidden. Anyone know what I am talking about?

I think you are thinking about the one that fit in the left side compartment on the top.
I cannot remember the companies name but I have seen them for sale on here. If I find a picture of it I will send it.

It's not the JL box. To me that screams "steal me". It may not have been this forum, but I know I saw a sub setup that was under that panel. Things that make you go hmmmm.

Are you talking about the H2 or the H3? The H3 has a sub under the left rear panel, which can also be upgraded to the JL Audio sub.

I posted that about the H3 a long time ago. Someone in the H3 forum bought it and said it was sub par. Way to go JL.... The H2 factory sub is up front under the middle console. I think its a 6 or 6.5" woofer.

Tint the rear side windows darker in the cargo area. it makes it less noticable as not much light comes in from behind it. You can't see out of those windows anyway while driving. The stealth Box works great. also send copies of your reciepts to your insurance company and have accessories added to your policy. If anything does happen you do not have to get it all togather and there are never any questions.

I have the JL sub and you can't even notice it. Besides even if someone looked in and recognized it as a JL Sub they would need tools and time to remove it as it's bolted down. IMO they would steal your H2 quicker than removeing your JL Stealth Box

It would take a lot to steal the JL Stealth box. It has a bolt going all the way through the rear wheel well bolting it down. I have my windows tinted dark and you can't see that it's there from outside the vehicle.

how do you guys like the JL stealthbox? Does it rattle your back quarterpanel at all? And, does it bring enough punch for the bass for just the 1 sub?
