Unhappy tire noise or something else?

greetings ! just bought a 06 H3 and i'm loving it ! question for all you experienced HUMMERS. My truck had 21k miles and goodyear wranglers.
noticed a fairly loud noise from the right side rear. a heavy thud/slapping noise. ok, maybe it's the tires. rotated the tires , still same noise from that direction. any ideas? could bearings be shot with so little miles?

had it up on lift, everything checks out , noticed the tires i rotated to the front had a flat spot. any info is appreciated. love my H3 , but this noise is driving crazy!

I have the same problem with my 08. the dealer said it was the exhaust. they put a new part in and it still makes the noise. i'm pretty sure its the spare. it always does it when i'm idling.

is the noise like a vibration or rattling? if you figure out the problem, let me know so i can fix mine too. i've tried already.
