Default Universal Lockpick for 2006 H2 problems. Help!

Running out of options here, and CoastlETech has yet to abandon me (they've been trying), but I thought I would use this knowledge network to ask if any of you have run into a problem.

I have the GM 360 Universal Lockpick for my 2006 H2 SUT...just received it. I went in, placed the ribbon, hooked up the harness and ran wire to the fuse box and to the rear bumper for a future camera install when it comes in. Here's my problem, I get no video on my Navi Screen (touch screen) when I start or even go full power without starting (key all the way on without going so far to start). I'm getting plenty of power though.

When I turn the ignition to the first clicking point, the screen comes on and everything looks and acts perfectly on the screen and lockpick. As soon as I turn on the ignition to start, the screen goes dark and wavy and all I get is sound. I have the power wire running to the Aux Fuse and the reverse wire to the BU Lamps...but no luck Put the meter to the power wire...no problem. Am I missing the obvious?

I haven't heard of the GM 360. I do have the GMX-322, and on that one what I had to do is run a wire from the blue GMX-322 wire to the very back of the vehicle. Then, at the rear camera, I had to cut (and leave cut) the factory wire, then splice in the wire you ran to the back into the camera side of the wire that you cut. They have a diagram of that in their instructions as well.

I do believe some of the older (mines a 2008 H2T) have the hookup wire under the passenger-side seat. Mine wasn't there, though, it was basically at the camera - and it was a blue wire as well.

That's good info to know...I wondered if it could have anything to do with the camera wire running to the rear...I haven't received the camera yet but was curious as to whether or not I might need to complete the loop or not?

One thing I learned today is that when I wiggle the harness on the lockpick...th screen tries to correct for a second...maybe a bad box?

Need to clear up...Coastletech is trying to help me out and have not even hinted of abandonment...Carlos is good stuff!!!

Keep the suggestions coming and thanks!!!

Problem solved...needed to replace the lockpick box. Coastletech overnighted a replacement and it works like a champ! Thanks for the responses.
