In the owner's manual there is a listing about purchasing a tech man for $120 or so and then a transfer case man for $50. I know Klaus has some service cds (not sure if they are Hummer specific or just GM). Has anyone purchased the text based manual and how much/where? Also, where to get a copy on CD /w TSB updates (ie how do you get updates with only text base?)?

Thanks in advance,
-Skulz

Here's an earlier thread about the GM CDs:

http://www.elcova.com/groupee/forums?a=tpc&s=2826088551&f=5106011751&m=290600288 2&r=6306056882#6306056882

You can order the H2 service manuals (highly recommended) from Helm, Inc:

http://www.helminc.com/

Be forwarned that the GM CDs are really for dealerships. The updates usually only work a few months, as GM will send out a new set of CDs, and the updates will not update older CDs.

It can get expensive posting TSBs!

Thanks Klaus!

The helminc site isn't working for me currently, but I'll keep trying.

Cheers!
