"OE Vent Visors" Vs Ventsahde Vs Weathertech...
Have been considering a set of the window visors and cant get over the price difference between the different options now that I have been looking into these! Almost fell over when the local $tealer told me $149.99 for the "HUMMER" set
Lowest I found online so far was been $99.99. But I keep coming across two other brands as well, "Ventshade" and "Weathertech". Both of them are ranging $49-79 for the set.
Does anyone have any of these, OE or even the other two, that can post some pix or at least comment on them good or bad? That much of a difference in either quality, look, fit, etc that we are talking $50 in price from OE? Or is it just that $50 more for the tiny ass "HUMMER" stamp in the corner of them?
OE # 17801087

Re: "OE Vent Visors" Vs Ventsahde Vs Weathertech...
I had the Weathertech ones that clip into the window channel on my last two vehicles (Ford trucks) without any problems. I don't have them on the H3 now as I don't feel it needs them, plus with the shorter/smaller windows it would make them feel even smaller.

I have the stick on ventvisors on the windows and sunroof they have been on for 10 months no problems, the clip on ones could scrap the window up over time.
There great in the rain you can crack windows open a inch .
Also on a hot day when cars sitting in the sun you can leave them cracked open .
I bought mine on ebay, easy install

I have the OEM and I love them, fit is perfect. Although they might have cost a little more you gotta love the HUMMER logo on them, definitely personalizes it.

On the ventvisors you can remove logo by using hot soapy water and use your fingernail to remove without scratching(takes a few minutes per visor but leaves no scratches.
