For those that have them installed, where have you attached the grounding strap? It seems like the manifold or in my case header bolts would be the easiest attachment point but I'm concerned about heat transfer. Any suggestions and/or pictures would be appreciated.

Sorry, broke the cardinal rule... should have done a search first. Found this link which covers my question.
