Default Gm parts direct

Did anyone ever have any trouble with this website? I placed my order with them for rear leveling sensor an wiring harness you need for replacement. 10 days later i receive package with harness an an empty box where the leveling sensor was suppose to be in but empty. I emailed them everyday since i received package monday, an have yet to get one response to any of my emails. Just wondering if this ever happened before to anyone, cause i'm pretty pissed off right now about it.. Thanks for any help

I too have ordered form them several times as they are one of the better ones that don't rape you as hard on cost of parts. Typically, I always look up the parts and then submit them to the cart, and then when it prompts you to put in your VIN or just order, you put in the VIN and submit it. What happens then is they email you and confirm with GM the actual part numbers to ensure you are getting what you are supposed to. From there, it is an actual person and I usually have that person put my order through so that I have that point of contact throughout the order process in the case that something goes wrong.

Hopefully if you have emailed them, they will get back to you. The other thing I would suggest is pursuing a chargeback from the card you used to buy from them and tell the bank they never gave you the item. That usually works if you can't get anywhere with the business.

That's why I use http://www.gmpartsonline.net/ They don't have the crazy shipping charges that gmpdirect does. They have been cheaper on every part. With that being said, gmpdirect will take care of you. Other than crazy shipping charges, I have never heard anything bad about them.
