MAP/IAT Wiring diagram

Anyone out there that has the wiring schematic for the intake air temp/mass airflow sensor? Or that can tell which color wire goes to what? I have a 2007 H3 with the 3.7L 5 cyl. and manual trans.

A-Yellow-MAF signal
B-Black/White-Ground
C-Pink-Ign 1 Voltage
D-Tan-IAT signal
E-Black-IAT low reference
