What do you think about this dealer.

I was looking at http://www.thehummerexperience.com/main.htm which has some nice trucks at good prices when i saw this site for Humvees http://www.hummersurplus.com/HumVEE.php , it looked like a half way decent site, but was kind of different,i really dont know where the guy is coming from.But anyway i was just wondering what you guys thought about both sites.
