H3 Front Wiper help?

Hello, I'm a newbie and just purchased an 07 H3.
My Hummer's front wipers park about half way up the windshield! When on they will travel the full wipe but when I turn them off they complete the stroke and park halfway up the windshield. The dealer "thought" it could be the wiper motor so I replaced it but the exact same problem happened.
Has anyone else heard of or have seen this problem? My onlt other guess would be the switch? But that means the stock (with the turn signals, cruise control, wipers and high beems) would have to be replaced? Weird because everything works even the wiper delay, washer fluid sprayer......everything but the parking spot for the wipers....
