Ive done Los Angeles to Yosemite, Moab, and Aspen and back many times. No problems. Don't be a wuss!

Thanks for all the responses. Seems that there is not a problem. I did a search and found a few posts about cooking the transfer case and the theory was the prolonged heat/speed fried it. From reading all of these threads seems that was a fluke.

For Labor day I towed my 2000lb trailer (2 Seadoos....RXT and RXP) along with a ton of gear in 90+ degree heat from Chicago to Lake of the Ozarks doing 85 mph and not a single problem, the trans temp didnt even get any hotter than it does driving with no trailer locally, the H2 is a heavy duty rig and a very comfortable vehicle to travel in... I wouldnt hesitate to drive it coast to coast and then back.
