Default hesitation from exhaust back pressure??

Has anyone had hesitation issues caused by back pressure in their exhaust?

I am having hesistation but dont think its my tranny, I service it about every 30k and dont tow. just changed the filter again and same issue. Also I had a 2500 with tranny slippage and converter issues and this doesnt feel the same. I know my muffler was filled with muddy water after driving thru the floods from the hurricane.

any input is appreciated thanks

showing p0332 now, would this cause hesitation or loss of power?

I've been through this on a friends Silverado. P0332 is a knock sensor on bank 2. Yes it will kill power and mileage. Driving in heavy moisture is known to kill the sensors. The sensor is under the intake manifold (at least the one I replaced was).
