Default power steering leak?

hey guys ive been seeing some leaks under the truck. then i was checking fluids and the PS was about empty. i started looking around and its looking like its leaking from the gear box or a line. i havnt had a lot of time to crawl under her due to weather and moving. i did see this the other night. not sure if this is the leak but IF it is. is this something that can be fixed with a new o ring>? looks like it comes apart? looks like a set screw of sorts? maybe some of you have had this issue? seems like the leak has slowed down. but id like to get this fixed before it spots up my new drivway

thanks guys

Default Re: power steering leak?

From what I understand that screw sets the mesh on the gears in the box and if it is overtightened it can destroy your box. I tightened up my steering using that screw by turning it an 8th of a turn at a time. Try spraying the steering components down with some brake clean before you start looking for the leak it'll help get all of the old oils and crude off so you can get a good look. Good luck finding the leak.
