Rancho 9000xl shocks
I used the search but couldn't find the answer I was looking for. I have air ride suspension and a 3" spacer that I am planing on installing. I will also be purchasing a cognito uca kit soon. I would like to put rancho 9000xl shocks on my truck. Now here is the question: if I purchase the 9000xl's that are designed for their 4" lift, will they work? I would rather not use any shock extensions for the front. Thanks in advance.

Re: Rancho 9000xl shocks
Went ahead and ordered the rs9000xls and fabtech steering stabilizer from trail duty. They're really helpful over there great people to deal with. They said it should work with my setup fingers are crossed

Re: Rancho 9000xl shocks
i was thinking of getting these shocks as well for my H2.
i am not running any lift other than a few turns on teh Tbar.
let me know how these treat you. i want to get rid of some of the bounce with my 37 inch tires, and feeling every single crack on the road.

Re: Rancho 9000xl shocks
I have the cognitio bilsteam with the truxxxx leveling kit, I really like them. They took out the hard front end from cranking up the tbars

Re: Rancho 9000xl shocks
Seems to be that everyone is set on using Rancho shocks....has anyone consider
Skyjacker shocks? I have them and they work great plus if you go on skyjackers web site you can buy their "scratch & dent" nitro shocks for $24.99 ea.And you might want to try Rockymountain 4x4`s web site they have skyjackers for $34.00 ea.And they to come with a red boot.....lol.

Re: Rancho 9000xl shocks
I got the ranchos and installed them on thurs I absolutely love the ride. I also installed a fabtech steering stabilizer and dont really notice a difference from that. I still have to tighten up my steering components. The shocks definitely made a huge difference. I found a killer deal on the set of four so cant complain they were 375 shipped with 100 mail in rebate so in the end its like 69 a shock couldn't go wrong.
