NNNNNNOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried it on Me and they got aqainted with the national customer service real quick although I ended up buying but during intial looking I prepared deals as far away as North Carolina.
Just backing up what I wanted to get from them.
I told them face to face that if I had to have a national customer service rep meet Me at the dealer every time I was coming for an oil change they would do what I asked or get tired enough to buy the H2 from Me and I could go get something else new most likely another new H2 and We can start all over again.
So right now call the national customer service and tell them about Your experience so that it is documented that You are trying to spend $50,000 with GM who is having financial trouble and looking like it could go broke and this dealer is doing the oppisite of generating good will and confidence in GM in general because of His short sightedness and personal greed.
Ask for a case n umber and then demand that they call the dealerand talk to them and give them a case number of Your contact with national customer service. do it up front and right away and they will treat you like a champ once someone n Hummer headquaters calls the owner or GM and paints a picture for them of what they will do.
