Default Those with 2500HD Electric fan conversions

Hi, can someone who has done the upgrade from manual fan to the GM truck 250HD electric fans please post some pics? I am most interested in the modification done to the shroud for the oil cooler lines and any other customization that was required. Thanks you!

Sorry I don't have pics for you, but if you plan on wheeling with that setup, be sure to install an on/off switch in the cabin.

I didn't have one and shredded the fans at Paragon when I blasted through some water.

Went back to stock after that.

Sounds as if the Nelson harness includes an option for manual off switch.

My Predator programmer supports temp off/on function, but i will need a custom map that enables pin-42 in oder for the ECM to control it. Their forum tech creates custom maps for the members with no hesitation, so I will be good to go.

I know for f-bodies there are manual electric fan switches...

When you say shredded, do you mean that the water short it out or you had some actual physical damage done to the fan assembly?
