Front Seats Heat

I have a an 03 and the front seats heat is not working. When you press the either of the heat setting buttons on either the driver side or passenger side, the lights will flash but not stay on. Thus, the heat does not function. Sometimes, you can keep pressing and maybe over time it will stay on for a bit and then turn off. And if your lucky, it will stay on.

I hear a clicking when I press the buttons on either door. I checked the fuse diagrams and I could not find a separate relay or fuse for the front seat heat as with the rear seats.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
