Re: Sunday
Glad to hear you didn't sell off the fetus for extra Christmas $$$. Could get you your own H2, ya know.
Got to sleep in this morning...that's what happens when you turn the kid monitor waaaay down and put earplugs in. Then had blueberry muffins with streusel topping. It's the kind from a box, but they turn out better than any bakery ones I've had.
Spent the rest of the morning repairing decor. We had sustained 35 MPH winds for about 8 hours yesterday. We only lost 3 bows off the fence and all the parts were in the trees, so they were repairable. Yes, a true Christmas miracle. Not to be confused with the miracle of Romo waking up and remembering, oh gosh yes, I DO play football.
Killing time until dad arrives for the week this afternoon. The boy is going to flip....grandpa and Santa in the same week. His little head may just explode.
Just a few more hours until the Devs take on another freakin Canadian team. 3x in one week, what's up with that????

We had the same thing happen the other night. Had a huge storm with high winds and it tore down lights, the lighted candy canes, tore up my really cool glass bird feeder and flung an inflatable into a palm tree. Rich just fixed everything but the bird feeder. Oh, the gazebo in the back had to have the top put back on right, it blew off in areas. You were very lucky.
