Halloween pics 2005. Gotta love hearing "Mommy, I don't want to go up there, it's scary!!!" at the base of the driveway.
Daytime shot of the overall haunt. We need a bigger yard.
At night, all lit up. Gotta love LEDs.
Side shot, daytime:
At night....we are officially known as the "house with the Hummer":
The graveyard, during the day:
At night - all the skeletons have glowing blue eyes:
The gatekeeper at night:
The children of the corn dolls:
At night:
The entry at night - over 13,000 spiders:
Entry ghosts, daytime:
At night - there are 6 of them, motion and sound activated:
The ghosts upstairs at night:
The corpse on the Hummer:
And of course, Death drives an H2:
Thank you for the nice weather, Jim.
Stacy

Excellent job on the props. Kids must have loved that. Did anyone dare come up for candy?

Not necessarily. People leave up their Christmas lights year round…why should Halloween deco. be any different?
It would probably keep the door to door salesman and Jehovah witnesses away.

We actually considered putting the dolls out for Christmas. The kids don't seem to mind them, but they scare the crap out of the adults.
Clean up time: everything was out of the yard in 45 mins. And into the garage. Now you know what I'll be cleaning out on Sunday.
As for J-spawn, he was a Monkey. I don't have pics....he had the costume covered in spew and had kicked off the monkey feet within 3 seconds. We'll try picture time again once the outfit has been washed.
