I planned on installing a few things in my truck today, which requires running a bunch of wires from the front to the back. It took me all week, and hours of planning to figure out exactly what I needed, and how I needed to do it.

************* HOWEVER ******************

Now that I'm all geeked up, and ready to go, I realize I have no idea how to take any of the trim panels off. Not wanting to ruin my day before it even gets started, I figured it'd be wise to ask the knowledgable folks on the forum here for some tips.

I have to remove the trim on the driver's side by the footrest, the plastic door sill plates (front and rear door), and the driver's side trim in the cargo area.

I am planning on running power for an inverter from the battery, to a relay under the dash, to the rear cargo area. I am then running Video, and Audio cables back up the passenger side to the DVD Headrests.

Most of the panels use just clips. The door sill pieces use clips, just pull them up.

The piece by the foot rest likely just uses clips, check for a screw though. If you need to remove the piece above the pedals for easier access, you will need to remove the end panel first, which just uses clips, then remove a couple screws under the hood release.

Not positive on the rear panel, but it's the same concept, look to see how it's connected, and it should be easy to remove.
