What was this fool thinking? This is what gives
SUV owners and Off-roaders in general a bad rap in the press...
notice he is being charged with tresspassing and
criminal mischief...he is tearing up public property
with his hummer (notice the donut tracks in the
background) and making those of us that REALLY offroad look like psychos...

I'm not completely shocked...you're in freakin' Delaware, what else is there to do? Probably the most excitement that state's had in years.
