A few of the ruts from the trail we were on today. I am looking for people from the Detroit Metro area to try and blaze this trail further with us. PM me or respond if your interested.

I was never stuck. At one point (not on these ruts) I did bury it in another mud pit, but never got stuck.

By the way, I am going to Moab this September, and trust me mud ruts dont excite me. This wasn't an offroad expedition for me, this was more a 'wow I found a rough trail thats fun to fart around on for a few hours and see where it goes'.

I did scrape almost the entire way down in that mud rut, but yes I know its looked down on here and not considered to be real wheeling. Hell I don't consider it to be real wheeling, like I said I was just having fun and thought I would take a few pictures to share some light hearted fun.

You could take a Jeep Liberty to the places I went today, but bottom line I had a blast going thru standing water and mud pits and slinging mud everywhere, and when you boil it all down, thats what its all about right? Having fun

Oh, and no winch needed. hhehe

When are you guys going to Moab? I am heading out sometime in September.

Your buddy is from VA. Must be a good guy. Even with that thing he's got.

Yea thats my cousins truck, I am originally from VA as well, just transplanted to Detroit crack city for work

I wish I could find some people from the Detroit area to wheel with on a regular basis. And yea I am definately all there for Moab.

I am getting ready to order a bunch of stuff from PhilD, like Warn Winch, Fabtech HD Steering and maybe a lift, still not sure if I wanna lift it or not...

Hmm, well I was born in Tazewell, grew up until around age 13 traveling between Roanoke and Arlington and then moved to Newport News. So I guess you could say from all area's? Hehe I love out by the beach, my parent's have a beach house in VA Beach, I go down about every other weekend in the summer.

The only place I didn't care for was Arlington... too close to DC for me. I am definately moving back to VA one day, as soon as I can, its my favorite place to be.
