Cross bar lighting

Hey all.
Ok, I what been looking at some lighting for my cross bars

I have found some called black knight - led bars that mount to the cross bar..... but they are outrageously expensive

i have seen other light kits and setups available

What I am looking for is a low profile or the lowest profile available lights
for the most inexpensive money
while also given the greatest amount of light.

If i can i wouldnt mind a flasher setup to go with me volunteering for my fire dept. but it isnt a deal break, basically low profile, cheap and good light output
