Default LIGHT BAR WIRING

I'm building a roof rack with light bar for my H3 and wanted some advice on where to run the wiring. Down the windshield pillar and then through the fire wall? Can the plastic moulding on the pillar be easily removed? How? Thanks for the help!

Its all in here from befor (search) just a couple of lessons learned...
- you should run the wire down the inside of the black plastic molding. Be sure to secure it so it wont slap around at high speeds later.
-When you drill thru the firewall make sure to seal it when you are done to prevents shorts and keep gases and noise from cabin.
-Use good quality switches and wire to avoid problems down the road.
Have Fun

If I could get someone to tell me how to attach pictures here I could show you what you need. You don't need to drill on anything, run your switch wires through the hoodlatch cable grommet. Push the cable from the engine side and it will pop out by the break area, run one wire at a time through the grommet from engine compartment through the grommet. Yes it is tough but it will go through and provide a water tight seal once you grab the cable and pull it and the grommet back through the fire wall. Note: I can e-mail you pictures if needed.

Remove the fake air box (grab and pull up)
Use a stiff wire and run it from the top under the plastic and tape to the end and pull it up. Just did mine this past weekend works fine looks good.
Will send pictures, but can't figure out. Have all wiring and switch hookup to.
