Default Coolant Overflow

Ok, so today was a hot day and I drove a lot. It's not over heating, but it's pushing overflow from the coolant tank. The tank is full to the top and I haven't addad water in a while. It's all clay looking and I'm wondering it I have a blocked up radiator. Any Ideas?

In my opinion, the transmission cooler in the radiator is one of the biggest weak links in the H2 design. I keep saying someday I'm going to put in an aftermarket transmission cooler................I've been saying that for years.......$250 and an afternoon's work???
