I must be ignorant, but for the life of me I can't figure it out. Plus I have very little patience.

Any suggestions? I need to take it out to get my son's car seat on the side near the door.

The second row headrests are not removable to my knowledge. Have you tried folding the seat down to unlock the headrest and leave the headrest folded back?

Thanks. For some reason I was thinking the headrest folded forward, not backward. Worked like a charm.

Hey, where are you down there? North or south of MP1? Don't tell me it's pewter with OBX on the front either. That guy drives FAST.

South of MP1. That's not me you've seen. I try to take it easy, the cops notice me more often than they used to. Mine is Pewter though.
