my rig today
ran out near the Rio Puerco, had my newbie friend with me and we were having too much fun to take a ton of pics. the adv package is worth every penny. take heed from a former base unit owner.

Thinking around thanksgiving we might go to visit.
They have a 4 runner with a stick I think its a 01 so they wouldnt mind me wheeling it.
Or I might drive there and Ill have the 3.
My nephew(17 years old) rolled there pathfinder last year on some local trails(inexperiance you dont cut the wheel hard at 40mph ) ,it was a 89 with 250,000 miles.
They sold it to a mexican for $500.00 he was bringing the wreck back to mexico,it still drove well even though the roof was crushed in and the windows poped out.
The mexican probobly cut the roof off and put on some sort of canapy with those hanging dingle balls

Re: my rig today
no vehicle inspections here (poor state) if it runs you can drive it.
I will be here so just give me a heads up and we will go out the back of Rio Rancho, all kinds of trails.

Re: my rig today
Man your rig looks clean, I would guess that you folks don't get much rain out your way.
Glad to know that you didn't roll over!
I know the pucker that you speak of, I almost went doodie last year in my rig after a wild obsticle climb.

No doubt that you were, and glad to see that you had such a great time doing it as well.
