I searched the site and didn't see any posts about it so I will ask.
Is anyone running the Cognito leveling kit? The one with the drop down A-arms. If so how do you like it? Have you noticed any real articulation benefit from it as opposed to just cranking up the T-bars?
I am debating on this mod and would love to hear some input on the pro's and con's. Thanks

you don't gain any articulation benefits from the kit, nor any more travel. It simply moves the range of travel downward to compensate for cranking the TBs.
Pros - Allows factory ride quality after cranking TBs and keeps alignment within spec after having an alignment performed. Can easily replace balljoint without replacing entire upper contraol arm. Same arms can be used to add dual shock setup, providing you also purchase their dual shock loop.
CONs - Will need longer shocks or extensions, may lose factory warranty for the OEM control arms you removed. However, if cranking the TBs caused excessive wear on the balljoints, you may not have a warranty for the upper control arms anyhow. Not really any major cons to doing this kit other than it's another $450+ to spend.
So by using the kit it basically centers the wheel travel in relation to the stop and makes less wear in the ball joints when the T-bars are cranked? Instead of bringing the stop and ball joint the max positions when the T-bars are cranked for the leveling?
Sounds like a good mod and I have added it to my list. Thanks for helping clear it up for me.

No, it does not center it in the stop, but rather moves the droop stop on the Upper Control Arm higher to allow it to droop more. This is the steel metal we are talking here, and not the foam stop. The new upper control arm is made to allow proper alignment and also puts the ball joint where it should be - at the right angle.
I am going to get the leveling kit.
