Default Please help. Is Rancho lift ok for manual?

The rancho kit specifies that it is for the automatic transmission only. Will it work on a manual? I have a 2007 H3 3.7 5-speed and want the Rancho kit lift with 35 inch tires. I called Rancho --- the guy was real nice but did not seem to really know if it was ok on the manual. He called me back to let me know that they do not make one for the manual transmission model and suggested that I do not use it. He did not know why, so I am wondering if it is just a matter of them having developed it with the automatic in mind and not really doing any validation on a manual. Does anyone know why I should not put it on the manual or is it really ok.

Thanks for the help.
