Default HID Help.. Please !!!

Hi folks... new to this wonderful forum. I recently bought a set of HID kit from ebay (lite-eyes) that has the slim ballasts. Install went smooth and working. However, the high and low doesn't seem to work (yes, I've confirmed that this kit is bi-xenon). Not sure if there is something special with the H2 but when you add a stock bulb on the other non-used headlight terminal (from the factory harness), the high and low works. If it's not connected, it doesn't work. Do we have folks that have experienced this before ?

Thanks in advance for your help...

The brand is lite-eyes. It has the very slim ballast version. I figured it out already. I had to cut the wires on HID kit's power supply to interchange the middle and right wires.

I had same problem. The 9004 and 9007 kits are the same bulb and ballast? I think? What I had to do is. They both have the same connection on the stock blue original plug. Now they have (9007 and 9004) the same ground .... The other 2 wires are reversed. If you are careful you can bend the metal tabs and pull them out of the socket. Just switch location and done. Look carefully on the instructions you should have a small picture of 9004 and 9007 (wires are not the same location) Hope this helps. It has been a while since I have done it and cant remember the 2 color wires I switched.

Good luck!

I am assuming that you are talkig about the plug that connects the new HID kit to the factory 9007 harness. Which wires were switched, you said middle and right is that with the plug (looks like a half circle) flat side down or flat side up?
