I think for customary service, they'd be fine. To be fair, my H2's had somewhat hard-to-find and unusual problems -- especially the early '03. That's where they were no help. However, I'm not taking my Alpha there...

I agree. Lou Sobh has been great to me and fixes stuff even though they know I wheel it hard and have added 37's.
