Default Removing the back wall

I've just begun seriously looking at getting an H1, so my questions are a little basic.

1) Behind the back seats there is a 12" high wall, on the wagons. Can that piece be removed? If not meant to be received, how difficult is it to make it removable? Is it an important structural piece?

2) Considering my first question, is there any aftermarket back seats that will fold down (forward), making the entire compartment, behind the driver, flat?

1) It is removable. I don't own a wagon, but from what I can tell its easy to remove.

Takes 2 seconds. Pulls right out. It is on rails.
