I always love Frenzy's "presents" 
Spent the weekend in Cleveland. Rock-n-Roll Hall Of Fame on Saturday, Vikings vs. Browns on Sunday. Beautiful sunny day. My Vikings won.
And if anyone knows about the Adirondacks, 3 weeks ago I finished climbing my last high peak to become a 46R (folks who have climbed all 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks). Took me 6 years - a few weekends every year, driving up and hiking many long days and a good number of overnight back packing weekends.
