Default Help!

Again help...looking for best setup for this scenario; like to be able to open rear door with a hitch bike rack attached. Has anybody done this setup and how? Do you extend with a couple of extensions? Do you extend using a drop receiver and an extender? Any and all ideas welcomed. Trying to find a safe and convenient way to do this.

Is there not a bike carrier that attaches to the Spare? Just a thought.
