Bully Dog diesel at SEMA...
Sweet brush guard, looks custom made by Mt. Logan Offroad. BFG Krawlers on Moto Meal 951's, nice. Note: giant exhaust tip in front of rear tire and solid front axle! Overall, nice looking 3!!!
Humina, humina, humina!!!!

Busy engine compartment. Looks like they cramed another battery in there...

Re: Bully Dog diesel at SEMA...
Great Pics, That's the one they helped build for 4x4builder magazine. Bully Dog did the engine, Mt Logan did the axle and drivtrain swap. The front and rear bumper are from a company call ToughCountry. I've tried several times via email to see if they plan on making these bumpers for the public with no response.
Love the front bumper, brush guard, and winch.

Re: Bully Dog diesel at SEMA...
I am happy to see somebody attempt an engine swap. I wish I could find the article in 4x4 Builders Mag, but their site is the suck. Anybody have it? Please scan and post!
The more swaps and conversions done like this, the better IMHO. It gives GM ideas and directions. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited came from the popularity of AEV's longer wheelbase conversion and the Wrangler pick-up is a direct copy of AEV's Brute. Too bad they don't offer H3 conversions!
Overall, I really like the looks of the Bully Dog conversions. The thought of a solid front axle gives me a chubby!

Re: Bully Dog diesel at SEMA...
Hi Guys,
Just happened across this thread. I will know more in the coming weeks but, I'm workiing with a company to see if they can come up with several swap options for H3 and H2.
I hope as We are in intitial discussions but, I have asked for gas and diesel engine and tranny swap for H3 and a diesel with tranny swap for H2.
I'm hoping to get price where Dragon and I can make conversion or just sell complete kit with everything needed to make conversions Yourself or take it to local mechanic to do it. I have told the company that kit had to have everything to cover any and all contingency. It is allot to ask but, in My mind it does not seem to be to much to figure out and they have to prove they can do it. I'm asking for as much swap out bolt on as possible and minimalizing any welding with hopefully no welding.
I will post more about it later if I can get it worked out to be a kit in the true sense of the word.
TAZ

Re: Bully Dog diesel at SEMA...
I think right now most of these swaps will be out of the reach of the average wheeler but as time goes by and if God forbid GM doesn't discontinue the H3 we will see more and more companies doing the research and development to make these affordable in the long term future. Boy, my english teacher would give me and "F" for how long that sentence went on.
