Default Jet Chip Install???

To anyone who has actually installed, did you take the whole computer out like instructions state, or just undo the middle harness with the computer in place and install chip????
Thanks

I took the whole computer out as the module was quite stiff to push in, however, the chip upgrade did not work for me and I have it sat on my office floor collecting dust. My H3 sounded like a tractor and it lost all it's power, so I'm intrested to know if you got yours and if it worked.

No problems, idles as usual. Have not ran a tank of gas through it yet to check mileage, but it does not feel as sluggish. Wanted it mainly for pulling my motorcycle trailer. Just a little extra HP to help out. Seems to have done what I wanted.

Why a Stage 2? You should probably be using a Stage 1. Even if you added headers and a CAI you woudn't need a Stage 2. Maybe they'd swap it out for you. Ed
