Default Need Hummer Advice

So thinking of trading my 2011 Avalanche Z71 and 2004 H2 SUV for a 2008/2009 H2 SUT. Thoughts?

Also I noticed in a picture that the gauge cluster in a 2007 H2 looked more like the 2008-2009 ones. Is this correct? If so what else does an 07 have in common with the newer ones as opposed to the older models. I know 07 was the year GM released some trucks with the older body style and others with the newer.

I'm not aware of any crossover parts or similarities between the interiors of the 07s and the 08/09s. As far as I know the interiors are completely different. 03-07 old style interior, grille, motor and tranny...08-09 new style interior, grille, motor and tranny.

You can compare various parts here: http://parts.nalleygmc.com/

Is the 6.0 and 4 speed tranny in the 2007 the exact same as in the prior years?

I like the look of the old style interior more especially the seats but I'm worried about an 07 having the same squeaks and creaks as my 04.

Thanks for that link. So exact same tranny scares me a bit. What would a good price for a 2008 with less than 60k miles be? About $50k?

How much better is the 6.2 over the 6.0 in a Hummer? I have owned two 6.0 vehiles and two 6.2 vehicles in the past. Kept one of the 6.2s for all of two weeks before I traded it off. Kept the other for maybe 5 months. Maybe it's different in a Hummer but in the other vehicles I had 6.0 for sure.
