Hey Tom, if you move the hook to the outside of the H3's tow hook, that crimp on the cable wont interfere with the folding licenses plate as much

I emailed them and received the instructions. They sent me them this morning and now I see what else I am missing. The missing parts would explain alot. They are sending me all the hardware. The only thing I received was the bumper/winch and nothing else. Guess I'll finish it tomorrow.

thanks tomp for the simple tip on moving the cable hook to the outside of the truck hook I can now tighen the winch cable a little more and not interfere with the license plate. No rattle either.
