Prices for Toyo's? and Flat tire Question
I have a price quote for 4 Toyo M/T 315's @ $900 installed; does this sound good? If one was to buy only 4 tires and get a flat tire...could the stock spare be used to limp to a fix a flat store or would driving with uneven tire sizes mess things up?

$900 sounds about right. I paid $246 per tire installed. I would recommend to get a spare.

Re: Prices for Toyo's? and Flat tire Question
smaller spare tire on 4wd vehicles are generally not recommended.
But you should be able to limp your way to the closest shop with smaller spare to get your normal tire fixed. I would not drive it like that for very far though.
Don't drive with your differentials (transfer case and rear diff) locked with unequal size tires.

With a full-size spare, it's best to rotate the spare in with the tires.

Re: Prices for Toyo's? and Flat tire Question
i got a quick question related to the origional thread.
Is it ok to put the 35" Toyo on the spare tire carrier? Will the door be able to handle it, considering going over potholes at 40-50mph. I got 5 tires and i want to put the spare in its intended place, but donno if the door can take the abuse.
You that run 35"s and have it there, hows it hanging?
thanks.

Re: Prices for Toyo's? and Flat tire Question
Haven't noticed any problems with the 35" spare on the back. And I haven't heard of anyone else having problems.

You are such a worrywort, it's cute.
Believe me, if there was a problem with the door closing with 35's on, this board would be lit up like a x-mas tree
