Personnaly I like the black if you can keep it clean, the Pewter looks good no matter how dirty it gets. call me a wimp, I don't have those sort of insecurity issues, I do like wine (Opus One when I can afford) love beer and cheese (from Wisconsin) but prefer a good Talisker 25YO a Ardbeg Provenance or a an Aberlour A'bunadh if I want to keep the price down... http://www.wineandliquordepot.com/distillery.php

I love mine in the Metallic red, and I hate wine and cheese with a passion.
However, I really want to get mine painted Midnight blue.
I think Midnight Blue means you have a big dick.

Sorry to bump an old thread here but I was about to purchase a Yellow H2 as I thought it was one of the best looking ones on the road. Very good presence. I am also of the mind that cars should only be made in black, red, and yellow, but that is just me.
Anyway, a buddy of mine asked what color I was going to get and I told him yellow. He looked at me seriously and said, "Every time I see one of those it reminds me of the short bus." Needless to say, I love my black one.

Hey...Lets stop being so stereotypical, and start getting to know the person behind the color/Wheel.
I drive a Sage green H2, and I've yet to be convicted of any crime , and when I do the scratch and sniff test it has yet to smell of feces .
I think the color is a preference, not a personality.
I like all the colors of the H2's, but I am not real crazy about the lowering thing.
It still amazes people that we actually use out H2's for offroading.
Last time out went out to Devils Den, a guy made a comment about being sure not to scratch it. I think I changed his mind about how I drove my vehicle when I drove it up the waterfall area.
It's all in the attitude!!

Hummer & GM choose to promote almost exclusivley the YELLOW H2 in all of their commercials - It is the most common color in nature after Green & Brown. Green & Brown are the color of crap so they were not gonna promote those!
YELLOW RULES! it is still #1 in sales by 2 to 1 over the next closest color.

I think you had way too much time on the short bus when you were a kid. You always wanted to drive that bus diddnt you? I'm off to do wimpy things now

Good for you Ric! You want to meet halfway one day and see who has the longest continuous scratch? BTW, I just got my Meguiar's Scratch X and will let you know how it works. I have some scratches that I don't think can be repaired at home, but we will see for sure. I love the look on everyone's face when you head down a narrow trail and get that "fingernails on blackboard" effect....

Please let me know how that stuff works...
I'm always up for a good road trip, and some offroading.
It's funy to watch peoples faces when they see all your scratches in the dust after wheeling.
I've heard people say, he doesn't care about his car.
Little to their knowledge, the dust scratches come right off with a clalifornia Duster.
It's the deep sctratches that I worry about.
Keep in touch about the Meguires Scratch X.
Thanks,
Ric-H2

I'd have thought that yellow would be the natural color for the cheese crowd. Red for the wine crowd, and white for the white wine and white cheese crowd. So is Orange restricted to U.of Texas and Tennessee fans? Is there anyway I could get one made with the Notre Dame colors?
Yes, this is my truck. No, I will NOT help you move.

I just dropped mine off at the dealer to get the rear locker repaired. For some reason it keeps disengaging while off road. (Will post on it when I know more.) Anyway, the service guy sold me on buffing the whole car out. It was looking HORRIBLE with a number of deep scratches. Damn mesquite trees are brutal enough to dig into the plastin trim and leave marks. So I may not have a Scratch X update as soon as I thought, then again I have been thinking about scoping out Nacona, TX next Saturday.
I bought some of the mag sheilds as well but have not taken them out of the box yet....

That would be my wife and mother of our two children.
I was using her for scale in the picture, as she is exactly 5 foot tall.
